If you do not agree with the Terms, you should not use the Site and leave it immediately.

If you continue to use this Site and register on the Site or place an Order, you: unconditionally, fully, and without any changes accept these Terms; are notified that your personal data may be collected and processed on this Site using the technical capabilities of the Store; consent to the collection and processing of all personal data provided by you for the purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions and the Offer Agreement; consent to the processing and cross-border transfer of your personal data if required by the terms of use of the Site; consent to the transfer of personal data to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement; and you consent to the collection and storage of your personal data without any time limit, until you request or wish to stop the processing of your personal data and/or its destruction, or until the termination of the relationship at the initiative of the Store or other grounds in accordance with the requirements of the law. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message to the email address site.ecotton@gmail.com. The Store has the right to process your personal data for marketing purposes related to the sale of goods through the website, i.e., to send you newsletters containing information about current and planned services and promotional offers.
5. For the purposes of these Terms, the term “Store” also includes its affiliates or group companies, as well as representatives, managers, agents, employees, or partners who may have access to your personal data as a result of your use of this Site.
6. What data we collect and process about you: We receive and store any information you enter on the Site, communicate to Customer Service, provide to the Store in any other way, to the extent necessary to provide services or fulfill contractual obligations to you. Personal data may be automatically collected and processed when using the website (e.g., through cookies). Such information may include: information that can be used to identify you (personal data), in particular, your last name, first name, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, postal address, and email address; system files (IP address, browser type, links/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and interactions with the website, domain name, landing pages/content, pages viewed/content, device ID and location); profile information) and other automatically collected data; other information that you voluntarily leave on the Website. The above Data may be collected through cookies (section 9 of this Privacy Policy). The Store also offers the option to register, log in, and create an account in the “Account” section through your existing social media profile (e.g., Facebook). In this case, your access parameters (name and email address) will be imported from your account on the relevant social media platform. Please note that when you use this option, the Store may receive certain information through the relevant social network, such as your name, age, location, preferences, profession, and other information specified in your public profile on that social network. The Store may not request all of this information; it is automatically provided by the relevant social network provider through the use of the “social network login” option. Notwithstanding this, the Store will only use the information that is necessary to create an account and will delete any unnecessary data once it has been received.
7. Data we collect and process about third parties (Buyers). If you create an Order for Goods and pay for them on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information you provide about them is also collected and processed by the Store under the same conditions as your personal data. By providing such information about third parties, you confirm that such third parties are familiar with these Terms, understand their implications, and give their unconditional and full consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with these Terms, and also agree that access to such information is only possible from your “Personal Account” section.
If you are a minor, do not use this Site and leave it immediately. If the Store becomes aware of the use of the Site by a minor and the provision of their personal data, or in the event of a request from parents or legal representatives to delete the personal data of minors, such information will be deleted within a reasonable time and the Store will make every effort not to store or process the personal data of minors.
The Store may from time to time collect and receive additional data and information about you.

We use your personal data to fulfill your order and comply with the contractual terms with Suppliers/Carriers regarding the Products you have ordered; communicate with you regarding the Goods you have ordered; provide support in using the Website and the Website Services; provide information about existing or future Goods and offers; improve the Website and User experience; respond to your requests and comments; award bonuses if you participate in our loyalty programs; to participate in our surveys and requests for feedback; to study products that may be of interest to you; to resolve claims; to notify you of possible prohibited or illegal activities; to resolve any issues that may arise based on or in connection with the performance of the Offer Agreement; for other purposes that we will notify you about. The Store strives to provide you with the highest possible level of service. To this end, we may send you emails regarding the status of your Order and/or information about offers that may be of interest to you on our Site and that may be related to the Products you have selected. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may opt out of receiving them.
The eCotton website administration uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics collects the following data: browser, device type, device model, location, country, city, service provider, screen resolution (on mobile), time spent on the Site, language, operating system, pages visited on the Site. Information generated by cookies about your use of the Site (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers outside Ukraine (e.g., in the United States). Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the Site, compile reports on Site activity, and provide other services related to Site activity and internet usage. Google may provide this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if the third party processes the information on Google's behalf. Google Analytics cookies expire after 730 days (default setting) and will be stored on your device for this period, unless you delete them manually.

By using this Site and creating an Order, you agree that your data may be transferred to third parties solely for the purpose of properly providing the Products you have selected, which could not be provided without such transfer of your personal data. By creating an Order on the Site, you consent to the transfer of personal data to third parties.
We do not impose any restrictions on operators regarding the use or disclosure of your personal data. We may also provide your personal data to affiliates of the Store or groups of affiliates, representatives, officers, agents, employees, or partners for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer. 14. Changes.
The Store may, at its discretion, make changes to these Terms from time to time. The Store will post the changes on this Site. The Store is not required to notify you of changes to these Terms except by posting them on this Site. Changes will be effective when posted. You are responsible for checking for updates to these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that your express acceptance of these Terms and/or your use of this Site after the date of publication of the changes will signify your full and unconditional agreement to the changed Terms.
