5. Who ships the goods to the customer?

Delivery is carried out by eCotton on its own behalf or using the TTN number that you create yourself — at your discretion.

 

6. How does payment work?

You pay for the order by bank transfer. In case of cash on delivery, you create a TTN in your name and receive payment from the customer directly.

 

7. What should I do if the customer does not pick up the parcel?

In this case, the return is made to your warehouse. You can arrange for the goods to be reshipped or returned.

 

8. Is there a referral program?
